The Miyabi Mikoto 4500FCD is a premium Japanese knife series celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and performance.
The Mikoto collection features a blade forged from 101 layers of Damascus steel, highlighted by a distinctive diamond pattern achieved through acid dipping.
At its core lies FC63 fine carbide steel, ensuring exceptional durability, stunning aesthetics, and superior edge retention (Rockwell Hardness 63). The blade is honed using the traditional Honbazuke technique to create the ultra-sharp finish typical of Japanese blades. Every blade is honed by hand at a razor-sharp angle of 9.5° to 12°. Each knife is completed with a handle engraved with the Miyabi logo, a mark of
authenticity and quality.
