Please read the following before using it:

Light enough Binchotan (charcoal) over a gas flame/electric starter to create a single layer of charcoal in the barbecue. Overfilling the charcoal will cause the temperature to rise too high and the food will burn.
If you need more charcoal, only add enough to create a single layer.
Adjust the air vents (on affected models) to regulate the heat level.
Check your barbecue regularly. Replace any damaged parts before using it.
If using indoors, ensure the area is well ventilated and open windows several times an hour to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
Do not use in small, confined spaces such as tents or caravans.
Do not place any flammable object directly under the barbecue, as the base may be hot.
When the barbecue has cooled sufficiently, store it in a dry place.

Material :

The barbecue is made of diatomite (fossilized remains of plankton) mixed with clay and, like any pottery product, it can be damaged if it is subjected to impact.

Maintenance:

The barbecue can be cleaned using a wire brush to remove burnt-on food from the walls. NEVER use water, especially when the barbecue is hot, or even lukewarm, to avoid irreparable damage.
The wire mesh can be cleaned normally.
